• I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to all of my work — including sold pieces and commissions — unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Purchasing a painting does not grant the buyer permission to:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Resell prints or copies

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

• If you are interested in licensing or using a piece for commercial use (such as marketing, branding, or merchandise), please contact me to discuss terms.

• At this time, no digital downloads are available through this website.

• Any products listed are physical, original paintings only.

• If digital artwork becomes available in the future, a separate section will be added to address licensing, usage, and delivery.

Refund Policy

​

I want you to love your new artwork! If you're not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

​

• You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• All returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and must include tracking.

• Once I receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

• I reserve the right to deny a refund if the artwork is not returned in its original condition.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on my end.

Commission Refunds

 

Because commissions are custom, time-intensive pieces created just for you, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations are only accepted before work has started. You will receive a full refund if no work has begun.

• Once work has started (after the sketch stage or materials have been purchased), refunds are no longer available.

• If I must cancel a commission for any reason (e.g., illness, scheduling conflict), you will receive a full refund, regardless of the project stage.

• One round of minor revisions is included. Additional major revisions may incur extra charges but do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Commissions are final sale once delivered and approved. Please communicate openly throughout the process — I’ll keep you updated with sketches and progress images to ensure you’re happy with the direction before finalization.
