Product Information

  • All paintings are original, hand-painted pieces created by me.

  • Each listing includes dimensions, materials, and special details.

  • Paintings are signed and come ready to hang or frame unless stated otherwise.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix and can be made using:

    • Major credit/debit cards

    • PayPal

    • Other secure options offered at checkout

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

  • I currently only ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., please contact me to discuss options.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on painting size and location.

  • Local pickup may be available in the Lake Zurich, IL area — contact me before purchasing.

Packaging

  • Paintings are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be changed or canceled, as they may already be in preparation for shipment.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

  • Please note that commissions and custom work are not eligible for return or refund once the project has begun.

Custom Commission Policy

Commissions are accepted on a limited basis. If you're interested in a custom painting, please review the following terms:

  • I will reach out directly if I have any questions or need clarification on your commission details.

  • Final designs may differ slightly from reference images due to my unique style and interpretation.

  • Please provide clear, high-quality reference images and detailed descriptions to ensure accuracy.

  • You’ll receive progress updates during key stages (e.g., sketch, color block-in, final), and I’ll request approval when needed.

  • One round of minor revisions is included. Major changes after the sketch stage may incur extra charges.

  • If the artwork is needed by a specific date or event, please mention that when filling out the commission form.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Contact me if you’re interested in commercial licensing or usage rights.

  • I retain the right to share the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless requested otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are added separately and include protective packaging and tracked delivery.

  • Cancellations after work has started are non-refundable. If I must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
